YOGA 1 – EXPERIENCE THE FUNDAMENTAL POSES OF YOGA TO DEVELOP STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE & FOCUS. LEARN HOW TO BREATHE BETTER, MOVE WITH EASE, & RELAX FULLY
YOGA 1 PLUS – YOGA 1 WITH A VINYASA FLAIR! ~ VINYASA SIMPLY MEANS ‘FLOW’ ~ THIS CLASS IS NOT ADVANCED, YOU WILL SIMPLY MOVE FROM POSTURE TO POSTURE MORE QUICKLY THAN IN A YOGA 1 CLASS AND TRY SOME FUN NEW POSTURES YOU MAY NOT EXPERIENCE IN A YOGA 1 CLASS!
YOUTH YOGA – CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR OUR YOUTH AGES 10-18. LEARN YOGA BASICS, BRING BALANCE TO THE BODY & MIND, PROTECT THE BODY FROM SPORTS INJURIES AS WELL AS STRESS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HAVE A BLAST! ALL IN AN ACTION PACKED HOUR ROCKING IT OUT TO YOUR FAVORITE TUNES. THIS IS NOT YOUR MOTHER’S YOGA CLASS!
CLASSES WITH HEAT – NOTED CLASSES ARE HEATED TO APPROXIMATELY 90 DEGREES WITH SOME HUMIDITY TO ENHANCE BLOOD FLOW & YOUR CARDIO WORKOUT, EASE FLEXIBILITY & TO HELP DETOXIFY THE BODY.
