HEALING WITH HEAT – A WARM BODY JUST MOVES BETTER! THIS PRACTICE CONSISTS OF MORE STANDING BALANCE & FLOOR WORK IN A ROOM HEATED TO A BALMY 85 DEGREES.

VINYASA – Vinyasa (“Flow”) is a yoga class designed to combine breath work with movement. Flow classes typically vary in format & structure by the instructor so that you do not follow the same series of poses every time. Yoga poses included in Vinyasa are standing, balancing, inversions as well as back & core strengthening poses to create a well-balanced workout.

YAMUNA BODY ROLLING - A new way to MASSAGE & lengthen the body, USING BALLS OF VARIOUS SIZES. GREAT FOR TIGHT HAMSTRINGS, ITB ISSUES, ACHES & PAINS.  ROLL IT OUT & HEAL YOURSELF WITH YBR!

YOGA CORE – EVERY MOVEMENT STARTS IN THE CORE.  A STRONG CENTER improveS posture & balance & CAN ALLEVIATE low back PAIN. THIS CLASS CONSISTS OF POSES & EXERCISES TO HELP STRENGTHEN YOUR BACK & ABDOMINAL MUSCLES.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES - AS AN ATHLETE OF ANY SPORT, THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS CREATED THROUGH TRAINING THAT PREVENT PERFORMANCE AT YOUR PEAK. YOGA CAN OPEN THESE AREAS & CREATE PROFOUND STRENGTH TO ROCKET YOUR BODY TO ITS FULLEST POTENTIAL.
